The Double Wedge Clamp is a self-adjusting workholding clamp for CNC fixturing where the jaws spread outward, pressing evenly against each part when actuated from a single clamping screw. The slotted screw hole (counterbore) lets the clamp float slightly, taking up small dimensional differences — typically 1-2mm depending on clamp size — without needing to be repositioned.
Optimised for multi-part fixtures, the Double Wedge Clamp improves the speed of part changeover without sacrificing the stability of a standard machine vise. The clamp can also be used in a single-part configuration with an equally spaced backstop on the fixture side. M8 and M12 sizes feature two tapped mounting holes on each jaw face, letting you bolt on custom soft jaws for part-specific contours.
