Wedge Clamps

Double Wedge Clamps are a range of self-adjusting workholding clamps for CNC fixturing. Each clamp expands outward from a single clamping screw, pressing evenly against two parts at once. A slotted mounting hole lets the clamp float slightly, absorbing small dimensional differences between parts without needing to be repositioned, making the range well suited to multi-part batch fixturing and fast job changeover.

The range spans three sizes, M5, M8 and M12 to suit different clamping forces and part sizes. The M8 and M12 clamps add two tapped mounting holes on each jaw face, so custom soft jaws can be fitted for part-specific contours.
