The Nextas Zero Point Plates deliver a fast, rigid and repeatable method of securing fixtures, vices and tooling in a CNC machining centre. A single locking screw cuts changeovers to seconds, boosting machine uptime and reducing operator error. The hardened stainless steel construction offers improved rigidity and durability over aluminium alternatives.
The excellent repeatability enables a single work offset to be used across multiple fixtures, allowing operators to transfer jobs between machines without manual alignment. The 52mm clamping stud pattern ensures wide spread compatibility with industry-standard zero point tooling and easy integration with existing systems.
