The SolidStop MV1 is a rigid, low-profile work stop for modular machine vices. The MV1 can mount to either side of the vices' fixed jaw with no additional hardware, all adjustments from arm angle to stop rod position are made with a single 5mm hex key.
The low-profile body keeps the 6mm stainless steel stop pin as the highest point, ensuring full cutting tool clearance on approach with no risk of interference during 3-axis machining.
Once set, the rigid construction delivers a repeatable X-axis datum on every part load, eliminating re-indicating between parts and reducing setup time across batch runs.
