The Work Stop is engineered specifically for use with the Low Profile Vice, delivering accurate and repeatable part positioning for batch production runs and repeat CNC milling and CNC routing operations on desktop CNC machines. The adjustable work stop pin accommodates part widths from 20mm (0.78in) up to 150mm (6in), allow you to maintain a centred position in the vice jaws.
The low-profile body sits below the height of the adjustable stainless steel work stop pin, providing full tool clearance around the complete perimeter of the workpiece allowing unobstructed access for CNC milling, profiling, and contouring operations. The work stop is a compact and reliable workholding accessory for any desktop CNC machine or benchtop machining centre running the Low Profile Vice.
